It depends on storage, access, and what the vendor does with your data — ProposalMCP stores in encrypted Supabase Postgres with row-level security, and Anthropic's commercial terms forbid training on your inputs. Don't paste NDAs, financial statements, or PII into any AI tool; stick to what belongs in a sales proposal anyway (scope, generic context, pricing).
