So we built one for the AI age.
Drop a transcript from Granola, Fathom, or Fireflies.
Get a branded, signable proposal in two minutes.
§ 02 · What it is
AI-native.
Use it from our chat, from Claude as an MCP server, or from ChatGPT as a connector. Same workspace. Same proposals. The assistant you already pay for becomes the interface.
Connected to your notetakers.
Forward your Granola, Fathom, Fireflies, or Otter recap. We turn the conversation into a proposal — scope, pricing signals, timeline, stakeholders, all extracted.
Full control of billing.
Define the milestones in the proposal. Issue invoices for each one when you’re ready. The client confirms; Stripe collects. No "you can only charge a deposit" wall.
Change management built in.
Edit a sent proposal and the client sees your update at the same link. Track every change. The signed version is locked the moment they sign — no race conditions.
Signing and security, included.
Legal e-signature. Per-section engagement tracking. Email pings the moment the client opens. Your data, your brand, your custom subdomain — even on day one.

§ 03 · How it works
We’re not asking you to live in another app. We turn one of your old proposals into a skill file— a portable bundle that plugs into Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI you already use. From then on you generate proposals from your assistant. We’re the template factory; the chat is yours.
Drop a proposal.
~ 2 minPDF, Word, Pages, even a screenshot. We extract the structure — sections, variables, pricing logic — and pull your brand from your logo or website.
Refine the template.
~ 10 minRename a section. Add a variable. Lock a clause your legal team won’t budge on. Tweak the voice. The template is yours; we just gave you a head start.
Download your skill.
~ 2 minOne file. Drop it into Claude as a Skill, install it as a Custom GPT in ChatGPT, or use it via our MCP server. Same template, every channel.
Generate from your AI.
foreverPaste a transcript or describe the deal. Your AI writes the proposal using your template, your voice, and your pricing rules. Sends through us, signs through us, locks on signature.
The skill file is yours forever. Cancel ProposalMCP, keep the skill — it’ll keep generating proposals from your AI. We just won’t handle sending or signing.
§ 04 · Try it
Upload one of your existing proposals — Word, PDF, Pages, even a screenshot. We’ll read it, lift the structure into a reusable template, and pull your brand from your logo or website. Sign in when you’re ready and it lands in your dashboard.
We’ll pull your brand colors from the logo and your tone of voice from your site. Both optional — give us anything, we’ll fill in the rest.
Cost to you

(we’ll never share your proposal — it’s yours, and the template is too)
§ 05 · FAQ
Q01How many proposals can I actually send?
On Solo ($19/mo, 50 credits): about 25 fully-cycled proposals per month— that’s generate (1 credit) + send (1 credit). If you also collect a signature, figure ~16. With BYOK (your own AI key) the math changes: AI generation is free, you only pay 1 credit each for sends and signs, so ~50 sends or ~25 fully-cycled with signatures.
Studio ($49/mo, 200 credits): 4× the above. Pack ($25, 100 credits): about 50 sends or 33 with signatures.
Q02Do I have to use your app?
No. Once your template is built, we hand you a skill file — a portable bundle that plugs into Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI assistant that supports skills/tools. From then on, you generate proposals straight through your AI. We just handle sending and signing.
Q03How long until I’m up and running?
Fifteen minutes or less. Drop your last proposal, we extract the template, you tweak it (rename a section, lock a clause, adjust pricing rules), download the skill, install. Done. Most of the time is you reading and approving.
Q04What is BYOK and why does it matter?
Bring your own key. Plug your Anthropic or OpenAI API key into your workspace and AI generation costs zero credits — you pay the AI provider directly at their rates (often less than the credits would cost). You still pay 1 credit each for send and sign because we cover the email, tracking, audit log, and locked PDF on those.
Q05What if I run out of credits?
Three options: buy a $25 pack (100 credits, never expire), upgrade to Studio (200/mo), or wait for next billing cycle. Or enable BYOK and stop paying for AI entirely — only sends and signs draw from credits.
Q06Can I edit a sent proposal?
Yes. Edit it; the same link shows the updated version to your client. The moment they sign, that version locks — no race conditions, no surprise changes after signature.
Q07Is my proposal data safe?
Your data, your subdomain, your brand. We never train on your content. BYOK keys are encrypted at rest and never logged. Delete your workspace anytime — your skill file keeps working in your AI.
Q08What if the AI gets the pricing wrong?
You always confirm pricing before sending. The AI proposes line items based on transcript or context; you approve, edit, or override. Money is too important to fully automate, so we don’t.
