Easiest is copy-paste the Granola summary into Claude Desktop and let the MCP server generate from it — zero setup, 30 seconds per call. For 10+ proposals a week wire it through Zapier or Make to ProposalMCP's REST API; for 20+ use Fireflies' or Otter's webhook directly.
